Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent professional development).
- Strong passion for technology and solution design.
- 4–6 years of professional experience as a QA Manager in an agile environment, including enterprise projects at scale, or 1+ years as a Senior QA Manager.
- Proven track record in leading enterprise scale testing frameworks, processes, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, software testing principles, verification/validation techniques, and test management.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and project planning skills.
- Strong communication skills across teams, organizations, and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive problem solver.
- Effective leadership and change management skills.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Selenium and TestNG.
- Experience with API and load testing tools.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Rally) and test management tools (e.g., qTest).
- Experience in CI/CD environments, preferably with modern release tools like Jenkins.
- Passion for managing fast‑paced environments.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Test‑Driven Development (TDD).
- Hunger to learn new concepts and adopt new technologies.
- Strong programming skills and commitment to writing quality code.
- Drive for continuous personal and professional improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to gather insights and translate technical concepts.
- Bring energy, effectiveness in managing relationships (up, down, across), and a hands‑on approach to achieving goals.
- Lead software QA and collaborate with leaders of other disciplines to maximize QA impact on the final product.
- Mitigate risks and elevate to technology leadership as needed.
- Improve team performance and collaboration across the organization.
- Design, implement, and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and CI/CD.
- Establish and track metrics to monitor system effectiveness and support product quality decisions.
- Oversee the development of new test frameworks and applications, ensuring manual and automated solutions are implemented.
- Think strategically to drive features and services for short and long term growth.
- Provide oversight throughout the full software lifecycle, from conception to delivery and maintenance.
- Provide time estimates, technical recommendations, and proposed test solutions based on requirements.
- Create testing and automation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test cases best suited for automation, influencing across all levels.
- Build a dynamic, motivating, and rewarding environment for teams and the organization.
- Attract, train, and retain highly engaged QA teams aligned with business and technology strategies.
