This role handles accounts receivable duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

QUALIFICATIONS

- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Detail-oriented with knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
- Good communication skill
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE





- Degree in accounting or finance preferred, or 3-5 years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of the MS Office Professional suite, particularly Excel, is desirable
- International accounting experience a plus
- Experience with ERP system a plus

ENVIRONMENT

100% performed in a climate‑controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. No travel will be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
