- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft complex memoranda to guide AI model training and evaluation.
- Analyze large volumes of litigation documents to identify issues, trends, and critical insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate legal expertise into actionable AI development requirements.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs, providing feedback to improve discovery management and motion practice capabilities.
- Develop case strategies and motion practice templates that inform AI learning in legal contexts.
- Continuously refine evaluation rubrics to align with evolving legal standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
degree with active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong years of litigation experience, particularly in document-intensive cases involving discovery and dispositive motions.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills, including strong issue-spotting capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in case strategy development and motion practice.
- Proven ability to manage discovery processes and complex legal document review projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
