About Our Client

Fast-growing manufacturing company located in Tijuana.

- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material distribution, and inventory control.

- Ensure on-time and accurate material availability to support production and operational requirements.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material flow.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to inventory management, warehouse productivity, and service levels.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, cost reduction, and process standardization.

- Ensure accurate inventory transactions and compliance with established procedures and systems.

- Develop and coach supervisors and warehouse personnel to build a high-performing organization.

- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment while promoting operational discipline and accountability.

- Support capacity planning and resource allocation in response to changing business demands





The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience leading warehouse, materials, or inventory management functions within a manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing practices, and material flow processes.

- Experience working with ERP systems and warehouse performance metrics.

- Demonstrated leadership experience managing supervisors and cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Background

- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.

- Exposure to materials management, kitting, inventory control, and production support activities.

- Experience driving organizational growth, process improvements, or operational transformations.
