We are seeking a Supply Planner

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for all inventory assigned to his/her commodity and accountable for taking actions.
- Responsible for placing and follow up of all purchase orders for all vendors.
- Responsible for checking in regularly with his/her assigned vendors for ensuring delivery on time.
- Accountable for Supplier On time Delivery monthly results.
- Works together with Procurement and vendors on improvement actions.
- Responsible for solving any discrepancy on invoices reported by finance.
- Notifying to Traffic team of pick up at vendors facilities and responsible for follow up.
- Responsible for giving support during DMRs with quality team.
- Keep master data for all purchased parts on his/her commodity are updated and up to date.




- Work closely with Procurement on escalating critical issues and supports the SC leader in reporting the KPIS.
- Ensure familiarity with the processes and procedures that are interrelated with the position.

Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in international trade, Logistics, Industrial engineering & related.
- 3+ years of experience in similar position.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Fluent in English.
