Role Overview

As a Procurement Execution Analyst – LATAM, you will support the execution of purchasing operations across the region by processing purchase orders, coordinating supplier communications, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support timely purchasing activities, resolve operational issues, maintain procurement data, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and service excellence. This role reports to the Procurement Operations Lead and collaborates closely with buyers, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams across LATAM.

Responsibilities

- Process Purchase Orders for MRP-generated, non‑MRP generated, services, CapEx, packaging, and indirect procurement requirements.
- Support the creation, tracking, and follow‑up of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and operational inquiries.
- Maintain supplier and purchasing information records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with procurement standards.
- Partner with Procurement Operations, business stakeholders, and Accounts Payable to resolve procurement and invoice‑related issues.
- Monitor operational performance and support compliance with established KPIs, SLAs, and purchasing policies.




- Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team members to implement best practices across procurement operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related operational functions.
- General understanding of procurement processes, purchase order creation and management, supplier interactions, and purchasing operations.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis and Pivot Tables.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Advanced Portuguese proficiency (written and spoken) required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Previous customer service or supplier‑facing experience.
- Experience supporting operations in South America.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba and/or LATAM customs and trade systems is a plus.

Additional Information

Location: Guadalajara — Hybrid workplace type. Relocation not available. This role reports to the Procurement Operations Lead.
