If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary Job Description To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Operations Manager** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.**Reporting to the **Production Manager**, **Operations Manager** role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.**What a typical day looks like:*** Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.* Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.* Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.* Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.* Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.* Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.* Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.* Coach and mentor Operations team.* Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.* Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics or related* Intermediate English* Strong experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.* Solid knowledge of SMT processes, backend and BOX.* Experience in Power BI and Minitab.* Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.* Management of production plan and monitoring H by H.* Schedule availability.**What you will receive for the excellent work you deliver:*** Competitive salary* Life and medical insurance* Christmas bonus* Food vouchers* Savings fundJM54## ## Job Category Operations
