Manufacturing SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Supervisor in the Electronic Systems Plant Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Production Unit Manager, based in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Production Oversight: Supervise and manage SMT production lines, ensuring efficient operation and meeting production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of operators and technicians; conduct training and development programs to enhance skill levels and productivity.
Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality, ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, and implement systems to improve quality.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and use data analysis to monitor trends and recommend corrective actions.
Equipment Maintenance: Work with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of safety among team members.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain production logs, prepare reports,
document changes to procedures, and ensure compliance with documentation practices.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
Relevant SMT production or electronic manufacturing experience with a proven supervisory or managerial track record.
Proficiency using SMT equipment and associated technologies.
Understanding of the electronics manufacturing industry and SMT processes.
