~ Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
~ Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and the profile of the idóneo candidate
~ Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials
~ Post job openings on internal and external job boards as directed
~ Organize and attend job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other outreach efforts to source candidates
~ Manage and update company career pages on various platforms
~ Compile and report on recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process
~ Follow-ups with the TA team in regard to background checks and pre-employment screenings
~ Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices




~ Assist with special projects and other HR or recruiting-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications:
~1-2 years of experience in a Recruiting/HR coordinator or Administrative roles
~ Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail
~ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
~ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
~ Proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset
~ Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential
~ Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
~ Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
