We're looking for a forward-thinking Operations Manager to be at the forefront of managing our financial processes. You'll be driving efficiencies and enhancing control frameworks on how we conduct audits.

3+ years of professional experience in project management, operations, or business consulting
~ Strong project management skills with proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage Jira workflows, and track sub-tickets across cross-functional teams.




~ Good understanding of financial and banking concepts (accounting, tax, treasury, and financial modeling) to bridge product launches with finance execution.
~ Proven ability to identify blockers, run root-cause analysis, and independently propose structured solutions.
~ Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions and present clear, data-driven evidence to senior leadership.
~ Proactive initiative and courage to take full ownership of projects, resolve priorities, and drive cross-department alignment.
