Senior Manager, Supply Chain Continuous Improvement (LATAM)
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Continuous Improvement to lead the deployment of our Supply Chain Operating System across manufacturing operations in Latin America. This role will drive operational excellence, improve end-to-end supply chain performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the deployment of Supply Chain Operating System and Continuous Improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
Drive Lean Supply Chain transformation through Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), PFEP, Kanban, and other Lean methodologies.
Identify and execute initiatives focused on inventory reduction, lead time improvement, working capital optimization, freight savings, and service level enhancement.
Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics teams to improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement events while coaching site leadership teams.
Support strategic planning, annual operating plans, and productivity roadmaps for the region.
Develop and implement best practices across multiple plants, ensuring standardization and operational excellence.
Monitor project execution, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable results.
Act as a change agent,



promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
~8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Industrial Engineering within manufacturing environments.
~ Strong experience implementing Lean Supply Chain methodologies.
~ Solid knowledge of Supply Chain processes including Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Transportation, S&OP;, and Working Capital.
~ Experience leading cross-functional and multi-site improvement initiatives.
~ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
~ Advanced English required.
~ APICS, CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
~ Availability to travel up to 70%.
