Mexico *******Are you a warehousing leader and champion for collaboration, training and teamwork?Then you belong at Uline as an Experienced Management Trainee!It's an exciting time to join our growing company - with new opportunities and job stability you can count on!**Position Responsibilities**- Rotate and train on each aspect of Uline's warehouse / distribution processes on all shifts (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock and Transfers).- Cross-train in all warehouse Team Lead functions on both shifts.- Provide daily hands-on support for the warehouse department.- Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.- Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist with implementation.**Minimum Requirements**- High school diploma or equivalent.Bachelor's degree **preferred.**- **Bilingual (English / Spanish)
