Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingLeading strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., monthly reviews, forecasts, annual budget), and assisting with decision making regarding resource allocation and prioritisationBuilding and owning financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad-hoc analysesProviding financial insights to stakeholders by developing frameworks for revenue and margins across countries, customer segments, and productsDriving and measuring growth and profitability initiatives, including setting pricing, improving margins, assessing new features and regions, etc.What you'll need2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting at a top-tier companyExcellent quantitative and technical skills, including complex financial modelling and data analysis, using tools such as SQL, MS Excel, or PythonRobust working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standardsAn understanding of the logic behind financial models, and the ability to make projections based on business drivers, not trendsA track record of delivering results in a cross-functional, high-performance environmentA degree from a top university in finance or economicsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsNice to haveExperience in a similar role in a fast growing fintech or tech scale-upA CFA or other relevant industry certificationsAn MBA from a top-tier university
