Industrial Procurement Manager in Mexico

We're looking for a strategic procurement leader to oversee sourcing and procurement activities across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is responsible for driving cost savings, strengthening supplier relationships, managing risks, and ensuring the best balance of safety, quality, and delivery performance.

We're especially seeking someone with strong leadership skills who can coach, mentor, and develop the procurement team , helping them grow professionally while achieving exceptional results.

✅ Fluent English, all interviews will be done in English

✅ Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations

✅ Proven leadership and team development experience

✅ Background in Process Manufacturing Procurement required

✅ Chemical industry procurement experience highly desirable
