A proactive and analytical Human Resources Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking. In this role, you will support HR operations and initiatives that ensure workforce compliance and engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
~Knowledge of HR best practices and Organizational Psychology experience.
~ Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and calendar/appointment management.




~ Availability to run errands as needed (car required)

Provide general administrative support to our VP of Operations.
Support day-to-day Human Resources processes and initiatives.
Document proofing, document writing and preparation.
Assist team members performance tracking and related administrative processes.
Support recruitment activities when needed, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
