This is an entry-level opportunity idóneo for professionals who want to grow their career in finance, accounting, and data analysis within an international environment.In this role, you will support freight payables operations and collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, and finance teams across the United States and Canada to ensure accurate and timely payment processes, strong data integrity, and continuous process improvement.Because this position works directly with international stakeholders, advanced English (C1 conversational level) is required.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure on-time payments to freight vendors while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)Maintain the accuracy and integrity of payables data for Canada across multiple systemsSupport the logistics team with shipment costing and follow-up on outstanding freight vendor itemsPrepare weekly and monthly reports, providing insights on KPIs, analytics, and process improvement opportunitiesInvestigate and resolve issues related to invoice posting, invoices on hold, and GR/IR processes, collaborating with the PTP teamAnalyze operational data to identify risks, improvement opportunities,



and optimization initiatives for the freight payables processSupport testing and validation of SAP updates and change requests related to ERS processesTrack key operational metrics such as Payments on Time, Shipments Costed on Time, Auto-Costed Shipments, and Freight Accrual improvementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve discrepancies and align on action plans related to payablesWork closely with logistics and procurement teams to ensure freight vendors are reconciled and up to dateSupport the development and maintenance of freight accrual processes for carrier groupsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance, or similar areasAdvanced English (C1 – conversational and written) is mandatory, as you will work daily with teams in the United States and CanadaStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)Experience with Power BI or data analytics tools is a plus.Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.What We’re Looking For Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Proactive attitude and interest in process improvement and automation.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
