Collins Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Professional to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely and efficient purchasing activities that support operational requirements and Supply Chain objectives.

The idóneo candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective procurement solutions, maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting business operations while helping drive innovation and excellence in aerospace procurement.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Executeprocurementprocesses, including RFP(Request forProposal)management, negotiationpreparation, and cost analysis, to support operational goals and strategies.

+ Respond to client inquiriesregardingorder status, changes, or cancellations, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

+ Managepurchasingactivities for goods, materials, supplies, and services, ensuring compliance with organizationalpoliciesand securing favorable terms.

+ Preparepurchase orders, approvepayments, and negotiatepricing to ensure efficient and smoothprocurement operations.

+ Coordinate with suppliers to schedule orexpeditedeliveries and resolve issues such as shortages or late deliveries.

+ Build and manage relationships with suppliers within a specific commodity to align with business needs andperformance expectations.

+ Oversee schedules andpurchaseorders for assigned commodities, ensuringtimelydelivery and cost optimization.

**Qualifications You Must Have:**





+ Typically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering,Logisticsor a related fieldwithless than 2years of relevant experience

+ Advancedproficiencyin English

**Qualifications We** **P** **refer:**

+ Strong communicationskills, with the ability to communicate fluently andprofessionally in written and spoken English.

+ Experience using SAPor similar ERP(Enterprise ResourcePlanning) systems in a supply chain orprocurement environment,includingOracle, Epicor,People Soft, APEX orPRISM

+ Experienced in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, andPowerPoint

+ Familiarity with supply chainprocesses in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

+ Strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules,purchase orders, and deliveries effectively.
