Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

+ Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines .

+ Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction .

+ Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

+ Shift Availability.

+ Microsoft Office.

+ 2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE, Maximo, MP2, Infor).

+ Strong adaptability and collaboration.

+ Teamwork skills.

+ Strong customer service attitude.

+ English spoken and written 85%.

+ Communication skills.

+ Experience in TPM culture and deployment.

+ Strong knowledge in general equipment and building maintenance.

+ Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

+ Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.





+ Medium knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).

+ Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.

+ Use of measuring and control systems.
