Introduction

At ITPS One, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a high-impact team and contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

- Own all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code
- Develop and support both customized and standard Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Provide technical leadership and establish best practices for development, integration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and increase productivity using Salesforce capabilities
- Define and manage release and change management processes for new developments and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through proper testing (unit and system) and documentation

Requirements:

Mandatory

- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Proven experience in Salesforce customization, development, and support of CRM applications




- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and APIs
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience working with Flows and Process Builder
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce data tools
- Solid understanding of relational databases
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (real-time, batch, sync/async)
- Experience with enterprise integration technologies (Data Loader, web services, middleware, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering and solution delivery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Language: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required

Desirable Skills

- Salesforce Developer certification
- Experience with Experience Cloud and Queueable Apex
- Exposure to large-scale Salesforce integration projects
- Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments
