**Job Overview**

Provides advanced technical expertise in manufacturing quality, ensuring product integrity through advanced quality control, inspection leadership, and defect prevention.

**Job Requirements**

+ Developing and implementing advanced quality control and inspection techniques across manufacturing processes.
+ Conducting detailed quality inspections, tests, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance and robustness.
+ Documenting, analyzing, and reporting quality and inspection results to drive corrective and preventive actions..
+ Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex quality issues and systemic defects.
+ Providing technical training, inspection guidance, and mentorship to junior technicians and quality staff.

**What your background should look like**





Typically requires 5-6 years or more of related work experience.

Requires high school diploma.

Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
