Administrative & Leadership Roles – Requirements

Crew Purser | Learning & Development Manager | HR Manager | Hotel Director | F&B; Director | Associate General Manager

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 3 to 8+ years of experience depending on role level
- Proven experience in:
- Cruise industry or
- Luxury hospitality (4–5 star hotels, resorts, international brands)
- Previous experience in supervisory or management roles is required
- Strong operational and administrative background

Ship Experience

- ⚠️ Required or highly preferred for most roles
- Exceptions may apply for candidates with strong luxury hospitality leadership experience

Leadership & Skills

- Team management and leadership experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience handling:
- Guest services / operations
- HR processes (for HR roles)
- Training & development (for L&D; roles)
- Financials, reporting, and KPIs (for senior roles)
- Ability to work in multicultural environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Language Requirements

- English: B2–C1 minimum (Advanced level required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

General Requirements (All Roles)

- Up-to-date CV in English (Harvard format)
- Verifiable references (minimum 2)
- Valid passport
- Ability to work:
- Long hours
- 7 days per week (contract-based environment)
- High level of professionalism, discipline, and adaptability
