We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer with strong experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Java Script. Design and implement reusable components, automations, and features that meet business requirements. Perform technical analysis, solution reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure code quality and platform stability. Optimize queries and business processes through efficient use of SOQL and Salesforce development best practices. Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define solution architecture and implementation strategies. Support system integrations with external applications and contribute to version control and deployment processes using Git and CI/CD pipelines (nice to have). Certifications Required Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Platform Developer I Any other Salesforce certification Qualifications and Experience At least 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. At least 4+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Java Script. Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and conducting technical solution reviews. Experience with Salesforce integrations and familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (preferred). Ability to work effectively in agile and collaborative environments. Advanced English (written and spoken) and fluent Spanish. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of software development best practices and code quality standards. Ability to collaborate with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
