You will work closely with Sourcing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality, technical, and business requirements are effectively incorporated into supplier management processes. You will assess potential suppliers through audits, gap analyses, and qualification activities while driving supplier development initiatives to continuously improve performance and quality outcomes. You will be responsible for monitoring supplier quality metrics, managing supplier qualification documentation,



validating performance measurements, and ensuring compliance with KONE's quality, safety, environmental, and sourcing requirements. In this role, you will lead supplier audits, identify corrective and development actions, assess supplier process risks through FMEA methodologies, and establish appropriate supplier Quality Control Plans. You will also contribute to the achievement of KONE Supplier Excellence objectives by ensuring that suppliers consistently meet performance expectations and support KONE's commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions to customers worldwide.
