Responsibilities Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership in structured deal review cycles for consulting/services engagements Own audit readiness and compliance for the PMO function Maintain PMO tools and build proof of concepts for a new technology stack Identify and drive automation opportunities across the services lifecycle Develop general business processes, policies, and procedures for the assigned business unit Requirements 8–12+ years of experience in PMO, Professional Services/Consulting Operations, or Business Operations Strong experience operating from a regional hub supporting North America stakeholders Deep, hands‑on experience with PSA/resource management platforms (Upland, Certinia etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Strong working knowledge of project/portfolio management tools (Smartsheet, Jira,



or similar) Advanced Excel and BI proficiency (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for building operational and audit‑ready dashboards Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles as they apply to services engagements Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA a plus but not required Core Competencies
