We are looking for an experienced Site Controller to lead the financial operations of our site. This hands‑on leadership role will oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, inventory management, financial reporting, and process improvement while working closely with operations and other departments to support profitability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations for the site, including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, and payroll coordination. Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes; prepare accurate and timely financial reports. Analyze financial results, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to plant leadership. Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes in collaboration with corporate finance. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant financial regulations. Partner with operations, supply chain,



and engineering to identify cost savings opportunities. Monitor and improve standard costing systems and product margin reporting. Support audits and implement process improvements across financial operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus). 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory management, and manufacturing KPIs. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
