Join our Structural Analysis Engineering team and contribute to the development of advanced aerospace structures that meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability. Our team performs analytical evaluations to support the design, certification, and continuous improvement of aircraft structural components using both classical engineering methods and advanced finite element analysis (FEA) tools. Working in a collaborative general environment, you will help solve complex engineering challenges while supporting innovative aerospace programs from concept through production.

What You Will Do Perform Structural Analysis: Conduct structural analyses for aircraft components using classical hand calculation methods and finite element analysis (FEA) techniques to evaluate strength, stiffness, durability, and damage tolerance while supporting metallic and composite structures under various loading conditions. Ensure compliance with aerospace design requirements, certification standards, and engineering best practices throughout the analysis process. Develop Engineering Solutions: Develop technical solutions for complex structural challenges by applying engineering judgment, analytical methods, and simulation tools. Evaluate multiple design alternatives, validate analysis methodologies, and recommend optimized solutions that balance structural performance, manufacturability, cost, and program objectives. Support Product Development: Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, providing structural analysis support from concept and preliminary design through testing, validation, certification, and production. Interpret analysis results, participate in design reviews, and help resolve technical issues affecting aircraft structural integrity. Documentation and Technical Communication: Prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and presentations that clearly communicate analysis results, recommendations, and design decisions.

Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and global engineering teams while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting engineering reviews. Continuous Improvement and Collaboration: Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to process enhancements, analytical tool development, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams. Work closely with manufacturing, design, and international engineering organizations to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet program schedules and business objectives. Valid U. S. travel visa for business travel and training purposes. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience performing aerospace structural stress analysis, or Master's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience performing aircraft structural stress analysis using classical hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools such as NASTRAN/PATRAN or equivalent. Experience in aircraft structural components static, durability, damage tolerance, EBU, Actuation System, and Nacelle analysis. Qualifications We Prefer Experience performing stress analysis on aircraft structural components, including static, durability, damage tolerance, EBU, actuation systems, or nacelle structures. Hands-on experience using NASTRAN/PATRAN, ANSYS, or equivalent finite element analysis software. Experience performing MRB Stress Analysis or structural assessment of manufacturing discrepancies. Experience analyzing composite and metallic aerospace structures. Experience supporting aircraft, engine, or airframe product development programs. Experience developing or validating engineering analysis software, scripts, or automation tools. Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams in the aerospace industry. Experience creating technical reports and engineering documentation in English. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Experience working in global or international engineering organizations. Experience in a product development teams with engine / airframe companies highly desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
