The NVHI Engineer is responsible for packaging, releasing, and verifying the performance of NVHI components, including but not limited to stuffers, fender seals, hood silencers, body plugs, interior/exterior tunnels, dash inner and outer panels, and other NVHI-related interior and exterior elements.

Key Responsibilities Design and release NVHI components. Ensure NVHI systems meet vehicle performance objectives. Serve as the regional single point of contact for NVHI validation. Plan and coordinate test activities, including lab scheduling and vehicle/buck ordering. Investigate and resolve test issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams during launch and serial life phases. Support the development of technical specifications and testing methods, incorporating lessons learned and best practices. Lead updates to DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and DVP&R; (Design Validation Plan and Report). Troubleshoot validation issues and define corrective actions with engineering teams and suppliers. Support launch activities and ongoing production programs as needed. Plan and execute validation tests. Benchmark NVHI components by vehicle or function. #J-18808-Ljbffr
