Support daily CNC manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production issues. Assist with automation and robotics projects for CNC machining cells. Monitor machine performance, cycle times, downtime, and OEE metrics. Support PLC, HMI, sensor, and machine communication troubleshooting activities. Collect and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities. Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Support process validation, first article inspections, and quality improvement activities. Participate in equipment commissioning, testing, and startup activities.



Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Robotics, and Manufacturing Engineering teams. Career Area:

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of CNC machining processes and manufacturing systems. Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, sensors, and industrial automation concepts. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred. Internship, co-op, laboratory, or project experience in manufacturing or automation is a plus.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
