Financial Analyst

Location: Tlalnepantla, Estado de México (Centrum)

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and supporting strategic business decisions through financial insights and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Analyze financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior year.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the business, including P&L; and Balance Sheet planning.

• Develop financial models and projections to support business planning and decision-making.

• Evaluate the financial impact of new projects, investments, and product launches.

• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to understand financial implications and improve business performance.

• Prepare cash flow projections and perform cash flow analysis.

• Support internal and external audit activities.





• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, or Controlling.

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups; Macros are a plus).

• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.

• Intermediate to Advanced English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.

• Ownership of Budgeting and Forecasting cycles.

• Variance Analysis.

• Financial Reporting.

• Cash Flow Analysis.

• Profitability Analysis.

• Experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment is a plus.
