We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist to join our IT Operations team. The adecuado candidate will have hands-on experience managing enterprise mobility solutions, with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows endpoint management, and mobile device administration . This role will be responsible for designing, deploying, securing, and supporting mobile and endpoint management solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager environments.
- Enroll, configure, and manage corporate-owned and BYOD devices across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Deploy and manage applications, configuration profiles, certificates, and security policies.
- Perform application packaging, deployment, and operational support.
- Monitor device compliance and implement remediation actions for non-compliant endpoints.
- Support operating system upgrades, security patching, and software deployments.
- Configure and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, and endpoint security policies.
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, authentication, certificate, and application-related issues.
- Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, maintenance, and retirement.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, Network, and Infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and improve end-user experience.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL best practices.




- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Endpoint Management.
- Strong experience administering Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID .
- Experience supporting enterprise mobile devices and endpoint environments.
- Knowledge of device compliance, security controls, and endpoint management best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting authentication, enrollment, compliance, and certificate-related issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based identity and access management solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
