Commercial Finance & Profitability Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Commercial Finance & Profitability Specialist to support financial control across commercial operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring pricing, incentives, and product costs are accurate, well-controlled, and aligned with business profitability objectives.

You will work closely with Finance and Commercial teams to validate financial data, analyze margins, and provide insights that directly impact decision-making and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate commercial incentives across vehicles, models, channels, dealers, and campaigns
- Ensure incentives are properly supported, approved, and compliant with company policies
- Release and validate pricing in the system, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization
- Validate product costs and identify key variances affecting profitability
- Support month-end close by reviewing sales, pricing, incentives, costs, and margins
- Prepare reconciliations, reports, and variance analysis explanations
- Analyze profitability by model, channel, dealer, campaign,



and business segment
- Support internal and external audits with clear documentation and controls
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in financial control
- Monitor inventory health (obsolete, slow-moving) and support revaluations
- Provide support during physical inventory counts and reconciliations

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Pricing, Costing, Audit, FP&A;, or Commercial Analysis
- Strong understanding of profitability, margins, pricing, incentives, and cost structures
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI are a plus
- Experience in automotive, retail, distribution, manufacturing, or high-volume operations preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English
