What you'll own:

Serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of solar customers post-commercialization

Protect revenue, drive collections, and resolve billing disputes

Coordinate with O&M;, Billing, Accounting, Legal, EPCs, and utilities to resolve operational issues

Interpret PPAs, EPC agreements, O&M; contracts, and land leases

Influence outcomes across teams — without direct authority

Use AI tools daily to work smarter (we're an AI-forward culture!)

What you bring:

✅ 3–5 years in Asset Management, Customer Success, Commercial Operations, or similar client-facing roles





✅ Strong financial and commercial acumen

✅ Confident negotiator, sharp communicator, emotionally intelligent

✅ Comfortable interpreting contracts and juggling multiple stakeholders

✅ Curious, tech-savvy, and excited to use AI in everyday work
