Core

- Defining taxonomy, language, and conversational experience for digital products and AI agents
- Content design for digital interfaces and AI agent interactions
- Cross-functional alignment across UX/UI, AI, Development, and Business

Responsibilities

- Develop content for digital interfaces and AI agents
- Define and manage business taxonomy for products and AI agents
- Design and optimize tone of voice, personality, and behavior of AI agents
- Evaluate AI agent performance through analysis of conversations and interactions

Maintain

style guides and content standards

taxonomy documentation

Collaborate with UX/UI, AI, Development, and Business teams on content decisions

Requirements





- 3–6 years in UX Copywriting / User Experience
- Strong experience with
- Design thinking
- Prototyping (Adobe XD / Figma)
- Copywriting for digital interfaces
- University degree in:
- Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience adapting content across web, mobile, and app platforms
- Advanced domain knowledge of the business/industry (Systems a plus)

Key differentiators

- Experience designing content for AI/conversational agents
- Voice & tone / content-pattern documentation experience
- Background in interface design (UX/UI)
- Strong cross-team collaboration (Product, Design, Dev)
