We are looking for a Compliance Generalist (LATAM) to join our team based in Mexico City (Polanco).

About the Role

you will provide operational and administrative support to the LATAM Compliance team, helping coordinate regional initiatives, monitor key processes, and support ethics, compliance, and data privacy activities across Latin America.

What You'll Do

- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the LATAM Compliance team.
- Prepare and consolidate Compliance reports.
- Monitor regional Compliance initiatives and action plans.
- Provide administrative support for whistleblower hotline cases.
- Maintain documentation and follow up on ongoing Compliance projects.
- Support third-party screening and due diligence activities.
- Prepare Compliance communications and awareness materials.
- Support Data Privacy initiatives across the region.

What We're Looking For

Must Have





- Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Political Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Nice to Have

- Previous internship or professional experience in Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Risk, Corporate Governance, or similar areas.
- Knowledge of compliance processes, investigations, or due diligence.
- Experience working in multinational companies.
