We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Ad Sales Operations Coordinator to support the execution of digital advertising campaigns. This entry-to-mid level role plays a key part in ensuring accurate trafficking, tracking, and reporting of campaigns while working closely with sales and ad ops teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support trafficking and setup of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Ensure campaign materials (creatives, tags, specs) are collected and QA’d on time
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance metrics
- Assist in pulling performance reports and reconciling campaign data
- Help maintain internal documentation, trackers, and inventory logs
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth campaign execution

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Ad Ops, Digital Media, or Marketing support role
- Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Strong communication and teamwork mindset

Nice to Have

- Exposure to programmatic or CTV advertising
- Experience with CRM tools or campaign management platforms
- Interest in digital media, video advertising, and content monetization
