Leading company is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to support Human Resources initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and development programs.
- Follow up on wellness, benefits, and employee experience initiatives.
- Organize internal events and communication activities.
- Manage vendors, budgets, contracts, and records in the Human Resources system.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Advanced English.
- Experience with HRIS preferred, as well as Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work under a hybrid schedule.
- Availability to work in Polanco with adaptable hours based on business needs.
