- Oversee tool construction.
- Participate in tool design reviews.
- Ensure tool design meets company Standards.
- Travel with sales managers on sales opportunities.
- Interface with die maintenance and tool maker.
- Interface with the process engineering, equipment maintenance, automation, and manufacturing engineer.
- Lead on assigned Engineering projects.
- Be responsible for Engineering support of new development projects.
- Support technical advancements and program management activities.
- Support company's team approach to customer management (sales, quality, and engineering).
- Provide leadership in problem solving to continuously improve product quality and service.
- Provide leadership in developing tooling sampling following NPD protocols.




- Support development of technology and material advancements.
- Coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, controlling, integrating, and completing Engineering projects on time and at or under budget.
- Participate in developing quotes for new products by working with customers and suppliers by providing leadership for tool design, part design and tool specification, utilizing ProE/CAD software.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
