Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant
Location: South Manchester (M14)
Salary Scale: £19,000 to £21,000 per annum

GSL Education are currently recruiting for a strong Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work within EYFS at a school in South Manchester from September.
This is a brilliant school with a strong SLT that will always be on hand to support and facilitate any new ideas that will improve pupil outcomes in school.
They are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant that can fulfil all of the below responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of individual support plans for pupils.
- Support pupils' personal, social, and emotional needs, including hygiene and medical care.
- Help plan and deliver lessons and activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Prepare and maintain learning resources and the classroom environment.
- Monitor and record pupils' progress,



providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the classroom, and participate in training and professional development.
