Along the program your career development, a variety of top management issues will be presented to you and to your team-mates, firm colleagues from different offices and practices and clients.
You will be based in our Mexico City Office as part of the client development hub team in Mexico.
You will work on teams and help the best organizations in Mexico across the private, public, and social sectors.
Your team will be prepared to give you all the support you need to understand how we work and how we serve our clients.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in any course with expected graduation between December **** and December ****
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Available to be located in Mexico
- Ability to communicate ideas most effectively; both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office language(s)
