Manage, lead, approve and evaluate the daily operations in the designated area, from production to fabrication.
Ensure that policies and procedures are followed, as well as develop processes that will maximize administration, safety, quality delivery and productivity
1. Lead and coordinate the site operations according to the policies and procedures of the company, in order to achieve the daily operations management.
2. Determine with the personnel in administration the needs of the company by developing annual actions and setting long-term p goals to meet the company's master plan.
3. Increase production, asset capacity, and flexibility by developing systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, while minimizing costs and maintaining standards to meet plant production targets.
4. Encourage and promote the operation of continuous improvement through the implementation of strategies aligned with company initiatives to provide a sense of direction and focus.
5. Address employee issues and manage collective bargaining agreements by sharing a trusting relationship with the workforce to optimally develop and manage plant personnel.
6. Perform other functions inherent to the position according to the needs




of the company to meet the established goals of the organization.
7. Comply with safety, hygiene and environment programs and policies, with a preventive and training approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.
Experiência y requisitos
**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- University Degree in Business, Administration or related
- Master's in operations management or business management
**WORK**
**EXPERIENCE**:
- 8 years of experience Management Level.
- Safety, quality and manufacturing knowledge.
- Previous experience in continuous improvement
**MACHINERY/EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE**:
- Microsoft Office Package Intermediate-Advanced
- ERP System
