**Job Summary**

As an **Appointment Setter**, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in fueling the sales pipeline.
Your mission: generate qualified leads, schedule high-quality appointments, and support our sales team in closing deals that drive growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Generation & Outreach**
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Clearly communicate the value of TNA Integral's services.
**Scheduling & Coordination**
- Set appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Coordinate availability and ensure accurate scheduling.
**Customer Engagement & Follow-Up**
- Build rapport with prospects to increase appointment success rates.
- Address objections and provide answers to basic service inquiries.
- Follow up to reduce no-shows and cancellations.
**Collaboration & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate lead and appointment data in CRM software.
- Collaborate with sales reps to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
**Performance Goals**
- Maintain a **call-to-appointment conversion rate** of at least **90%**.
- Generate a minimum of **5 qualified appointments per week**.
- Achieve at least **90% successful completion rate** for scheduled appointments.
- Reduce cancellations/no-shows to **below 60%** through consistent follow-up.
- Provide high-quality leads that support overall **sales targets**.
