**LD Project Manager**

We're looking for a proactive Project Manager in L&D; to drive training initiatives and operational excellence.
If you're passionate about translating product updates into effective training for operational employees, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring continuous improvement, this role is for you.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**:
1. Translate product releases into comprehensive training programs.
2. Develop training materials for effective knowledge transfer.
3. Use the Kirkpatrick (or alternative) model for training effectiveness.
**Knowledge management**:
1.**Co-create release calendars with stakeholders, ensuring SLA compliance.
2. Collaborate with product teams to support releases on time according to the impact matrix.
3. Work with product and OPS teams to improve processes and tools.
4.



Ensure quality and compliance with SLAs in KB articles.
**Data-Driven Decision Making**:
1. Drive task prioritization based on data and users feedback.
2. Translate operational needs into actionable product requests.
3. Plan and execute A/B testing initiatives for process optimization.
**Feedback Management**:
1. Gather feedback from QA and Training teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in product training, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
**Nice to Have**:
- Understanding of learning models such as ADDIE, Bloom's Learning Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick's Levels of Training Evaluations.
- Experience in Collection/Antifraude or Disputes would be a plus.
