Education and ExperienceB.S.
degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology required.3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience required (composites or finishing operations experience preferred).
Experience with composite material processing and inspection preferred.Experience applying data analytics to manufacturing process improvement preferred.Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor and improve finishing process quality and capability preferred.Experience with AI or machine learning tools applied to manufacturing process monitoring, defect detection, or quality improvement preferred.
