What You'll Do:Manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental propertiesCommunicate with guests in French and English across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other platformsCoordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and ongoing supportRespond to guest inquiries, reviews, and concerns with professionalism and empathyWork closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure every property is guest-readyMonitor reservations, calendars, and pricing updatesAssist with listing optimization and channel managementMaintain accurate operational records and reportsWhat We're Looking For:Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
