This role drives the introduction of new automation equipment, system integration, process improvements, and cost‐reduction initiatives across general manufacturing sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, document, implement, and maintain essential Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for automated manufacturing equipment and manual processesInterface automated and manual manufacturing equipment with plant information systems (MES) and enterprise data platformsProvide appropriate and timely technical guidance related to SCADA and manufacturing data systemsProvide technical expertise to ensure the operational reliability of SCADA systemsWork with automation equipment vendors to design/document equipment interface specificationsSolicit and document Voice of Customer from manufacturing sites to include in system design and continuous improvementCollaborate with Process engineering to determine and provide process data to data historians at appropriate time intervalsExecute project assignments, in a team‐based environment, with minimal supervisionEnsure cybersecurity and data integrity best practices are followedExperiences/Education - RequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.1–3 years of SCADA development experienceAbility to travel globally (United States, Poland, and China at a minimum)Valid passport, titulo, and cedulaProficiency in English (written and verbal)Knowledge of SCADA (Ignition, GE iFix, or similar)
