The Windows Administrator is responsible for the design, operation, security, and optimization of Windows-based infrastructure across on-premises and AWS EC2 environments.The role exists to ensure highly available, secure, and cost-effective Windows systems that support business-critical workloads in a hybrid cloud model.Responsibilities & DutiesAdminister, configure, and support Windows Server environments across on-prem and AWS EC2, including OS deployment, patching, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.Provide hands‐on operational support for AWS EC2 Windows workloads, including instance provisioning, AMI creation and maintenance, right‐sizing, cost optimization, and availability design.Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity integration across hybrid environments, ensuring secure authentication and authorization.Monitor system health, availability, and performance across Windows and AWS EC2 platforms; troubleshoot incidents, perform root‐cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.Implement and maintain security hardening, patching standards, vulnerability remediation, and compliance controls for Windows systems in AWS and on‐prem.Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, automation scripts, and operational runbooks.Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience as a Windows or Systems Administrator3+ years of hands‐on AWS EC2 support experience for Windows‐based workloadsStrong expertise with Windows Server **************Deep experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS,
