ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners across LATAM (YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, local crypto communities); Identify, onboard, and scale high‐performing affiliates to drive user acquisition for cloud mining products (hashrate / mining plans); Lead end‐to‐endcampaign execution: outreach, negotiation, content planning, tracking setup, and performance optimization; Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure localized, compliant, and effective campaigns; Monitor partnerperformance, market trends, and competitor activity to continuously improve conversion and ROI.RequirementsStrong understanding of LATAM crypto and social media landscape (especially Brazil, Mexico,



Argentina); Proven experience in KOL / affiliate BD, influencer marketing, or partnerships in crypto, fintech, or related industries; Track record ofsourcing and scaling performance‐driven partnerships; Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with working proficiency in English; Strong negotiation, communication, and execution skills; Data‐driven mindset with ability to manage campaigns and optimize performance; 2–4+ years of relevant experience; Familiarity with AI tools for partner sourcing, content briefs, and workflow automation.
