This role combines social media strategy, reputation management, paid advertising, local search optimization, and performance analytics to support the continued growth of our brand.Why This Role MattersAs our Senior Social Media Specialist, you will serve as one of the primary stewards of our public-facing brand.
You will oversee social media channels, manage community engagement, optimize local business profiles, and execute advertising campaigns that help connect potential clients with the legal support they need.
Your work will directly influence brand awareness, lead generation, client trust, and overall marketing performance.What You'll DoSocial Media Strategy & Content ManagementManage and grow the firm's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Execute content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple channels.Optimize content using platform-specific best practices and Social SEO strategies.Support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation objectives through strategic content distribution.Reputation Management & Community EngagementMonitor social media channels, reviews, messages, and community interactions.Respond professionally and empathetically to comments, direct messages,



and online reviews.Protect and strengthen the firm's online reputation through proactive engagement and issue resolution.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client concerns.Google Business Profile ManagementManage and optimize multiple Google Business Profiles across various locations.Ensure accurate business information, service descriptions, imagery, and local SEO optimization.Support local search visibility and reputation-building initiatives.Monitor profile performance and implement continuous improvements.Paid Media & Lead GenerationPlan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Manage audience targeting, retargeting, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.Conduct A/B testing of creative assets, messaging, and campaign strategies.Drive lead generation performance while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.Analytics & Performance OptimizationTrack campaign performance, engagement metrics, and lead generation outcomes.Monitor key marketing metrics, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Utilize AI-powered tools and automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.Compensation & BenefitsTwice a month,
