Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Customer Service Representative _located in _Guadalajara, North._- Reporting to the Director, Central Procurement, Customer Service Representative role in charge of communicating with customers and deal with customer's inquiries._What a typical day looks like:- _ Handle enquiries, and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure one call resolution_- _ Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customers_- _ Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms,



causes and solutions._- _ Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed_- _ Follow up on po.s placed by sites with GBS team_- _ Follow up on daily deliveries to customers_- _ Po.confirmation ensuring that prices, quantity, MPN and DC are correct_- _ Ensure deliveries are done per required confirmations and need dates_- _ Support reschedules of orders such as pull ins, push outs, cancellations_- _ Execute po.management, splits and other key updates_- _ Drive escalations if needed_- _ Work closely with Business developers_The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Strong oral and written communication skills._- _ Conversational english_- _ Excel skills to perform pivot tables, vlookups, and ability to work on shared files_What you'll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.
