**Objective**:Ensure that computing equipment operates efficiently in both software and hardware by performing optimal maintenance to prolong their lifespan while safeguarding the organization's cybersecurity and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
**Requirements**:- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field in computer systems.
- 70%-80% English proficiency.
- Cybersecurity certification, Azure, Microsoft 365.- Basic or advanced knowledge of programming, networks, SQL, HTML.
- Proactive.
**Description of Activities**:- **Cybersecurity Management**: Update cybersecurity policies,



manage vulnerabilities, and send security alerts.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform periodic reviews of equipment and maintain an inventory of hardware.
- **Technical Support and Assistance**: Provide technical support to employees to resolve IT issues.
- **Development and Administration of Tools**: Create and manage necessary IT tools for the organization.
- **Monitoring Suspicious Activities**: Track and analyze unusual activity within systems.
- **Computer Equipment Management**: Prepare responsibility documents and configure equipment, including resets and software installation.
- **Other duties related to the role.
